鬧鐘遲咗響,搞到我倆趕頭趕命咁梳洗換衫出門口,十二點半準時到達Restaurant Petrus。先小人後君子,一嚟就問清楚張coupon係咪真係用得先,confirm咗可以用,我同拾爺就安心報上名來,等人帶我哋入去坐。 餐廳裝潢一流,好有古典貴氣!我哋獲安排坐上高一級嘅位置,所以就算離窗遠啲,仍然可以睇到個海景。不過……今日雖然冇落雨,但天陰陰咁,大殺風景! 餐枱上除咗應有嘅餐具外,仲有一盒已放六種鹽嘅靚靚盒同枱花。 打開餐牌,set lunch嗰版只得法文同英文,其他散叫嘅嘢食就有中文,不過睇到一個湯都要成$290,我諗只有有錢佬先會叫。今日啲lunch set好似唔多啱食咁……同拾爺揀咗好耐…… Order完嘢食後,有個waitress捧住籃麵包向我哋略作簡介後,就問我哋食邊隻,我同拾爺都揀咗兩隻軟包嚟食。 左上同右下顯示嘅係我同拾爺揀咗嘅麵包,左面嗰隻好普通,唔夠暖添, 右面嗰隻就超好味!我同拾爺都分別食咗四個呢!(因為我哋一食完,就會有waiter捧住籃包嚟問你要唔要。)呢個包真係做到外脆內軟架,好味過出面好多 麵包舖整嘅多多聲!餐廳供應咗兩款牛油俾我哋用作搽麵包之用,淨色嘅係普通牛油,另一款就係紫菜味。拾爺嫌後者太鹹,我就覺得佢同淡淡嘅麵包幾夾,雖然都 係鹹咗啲,但有啲味,食得開胃啲嘛!而且,呢隻味都幾特別呀! 個笑容滿臉嘅waitress仲有同我哋介紹咗鹽盒入面嘅其中兩隻鹽﹕ 左面嘅鹽加入樟木,最好用嚟配海鮮;右面就加咗乾蔥,配肉就最正! 以下係我哋叫咗嘅嘢食﹕ Entries: - Blue crab in white wine jelly, cauliflower cream 由於我滴油不沾,呢個用香檳整成嘅啫喱盒實在唔太對我個胃……而且個黑加倫子醬好酸……蟹肉冇乜味,好普通嘅一道菜……但賣相又確係令人賞心悅目嘅! - Fregola sarda pasta with artichokes and cockles 好食!係繈麵包之後又一大驚喜!我本身好怕食一粒粒豆類嘅嘢,但呢道菜好正,啲豆煙煙韌韌咁,加埋個超美味嘅sauce,食到停唔到口!而且呢道菜暖暖地又唔會太熱,唔怕燙口,食得開懷又放心! Potages - Coco bean and olive oil soup, roast salted cod in chlorophyll 上菜嘅方法好得意,佢先上隻放咗料(即係鱈魚)嘅碟,然後先再喺我面前倒湯,齋係呢個過程已經覺得好 正!不過……呢隻湯唔啱我……就連拾爺都唔太buy……我唔識講,佢唔係難飲,但真係唔好飲!送俾我,我都唔希罕再飲一次,但又唔會係死都唔飲嗰隻囉。佢 個texture好sandy,唔知係餐廳有心定係呢隻豆一定係咁,個湯一啲都唔滑,每啖都好嚡口,好似有啲極細小嘅沙粒不停磨住條脷咁,即係好似紅豆沙 咁呢。成個湯其實冇乜味,好淡好淡…… - Lentil soup with petit sale and burnt bread jelly 拾爺呢碗又係同一上菜方法,不過,佢係用碗嚟裝之餘,啲料係一大堆豆ssss。拾爺以為我唔會鍾意飲呢碗湯,但我哋交換飲時,我哋都一致認為呢碗好味啲。雖然唔係咩特別正嘅嘢,而且個味好濃,但同另一個比,佢已經贏成條街喇! Plats principaux - North Atlantic cod, sweet onion puree and soya aromatised chicken jus 拾爺之前上Openrice,睇到好多食評都盛讚呢度嘅鱈魚,所以揀main course時,拾爺就豪不猶豫咁揀咗呢個。但其實呢個同之前嘅唔同架,點菜時我問過waiter點解冇鴨(另一受歡迎菜餚!),答曰﹕我哋每兩個禮拜就 轉一次menu架喇,因為有啲客一個禮拜嚟兩、三次,怕佢哋食到悶。一個禮拜兩、三次囉,講緊嘅,係$500 per head嘅lunch喎!點解啲人可以咁有錢嘅呢﹖講番個菜,我同拾爺都覺得塊鱈魚太鹹……係咪法國人鍾情食較濃味嘅食物呢﹖頭先個湯又好重味,嚿紫菜牛 油又鹹,連鱈魚都鹹……雖然塊魚係就係鹹咗啲,但我幾鍾意佢個煮法,面層沾滿黑白芝麻,唔錯唔錯!另外,個炸洋蔥圈好好味! - Lacquered slow-cooked pork breast, black truffle crushed potatoes 其實,我最初唔係揀呢個做main course架!因為我鍾意食肝鵝,所以就算呢度個set冇provide,我仍然想食吓個鴨肝。但另一方面,我又被呢道菜嘅black truffle吸引,結果,喺拾爺慫恿下,我叫咗佢。落order時,個waiter已經俾個心理準備我,話呢道菜雖則話係豬胸,但其實係類似東坡肉嘅 嘢。肥膏﹖冇難度!我不嬲都好鍾意食架啦,雞,我最鍾意食佢層皮同肥膏位!豬、牛、羊扒,我亦專揀有肥膏嘅位嚟食!(所以成日俾人鬧……我都知唔健康架 喇,但真係好難忍口……) 呢道菜一上枱,個賣相又係好吸引!Waitress話呢道菜配以black truffle sauce係好match嘅配搭,講到我食指大動!影完相後,我就即刻切嚟食,點知……食咗一啖,我已經滯到反胃!我承認頭先食咗四個麵包同一個 starter,再飲咗湯之後係飽飽哋,但佢呢道菜冇煮溶啲肥膏,而係任由佢哋保留結結實實嘅texture,再加上濃烈無比嘅black truffle sauce,係漏上加漏,驚滯你唔死嘅配搭!作為肥膏後援會會員嘅我都要投降……我有嘗試去再食,但食到第二啖,開始想嘔……鍚到我濃嘅拾爺,當然即時同我交換嚟食啦! 兩嚿肥豬肉雖然令人難以進食,但個配菜整得好好!咁大個女都未試過成塊black truffle咁食架!出面好多餐廳都會標榜自己用truffle煮食,但有幾多係俾靚嘢你﹖睇個價錢就知唔會好得去邊啦,所以嗰啲根本唔可以當係食過。 呢到就唔同喇,話哂米芝蓮二星喎,唔會俾假嘢你嘅!拾爺叫我食之前,聞一聞。一嗦,嘩!真係好鬼死香呀!香到唔捨得放入口呢!再食個薯蓉,內裡混入 black truffle,真係正到震!呢道菜配角仲好食過主角! 食完main course後,waiter入嚟問我哋要唔要dessert,我其實已經又滯又飽,食唔落喇……不過都有叫佢俾個menu我哋睇。但就真係得個睇字,冇叫到,因為睇到啲字都飽! 去完洗手間番位,見到枱面放上一碟petit fours﹕ 好精緻嘅甜品!可惜……我哋都食滯咗喇,對住佢哋都提唔起食慾……於是叫waiter先上餐飲。個waiter知我被嚿「東坡肉」打敗咗,提議我飲吓檸檬嘢,其實佢唔叫我都會,因為我都唔飲咖啡同奶茶嘅,哈哈!我哋叫咗coffee同lemon tea﹕ 飲住lemon tea嚟食碟petit fours都叫勉勉強強食我哂,呢碟咁精緻嘅甜品係隨餐附送嘅,不過就冇乜特別,你唔會食到想死,但亦唔會嘩嘩聲。 扣除$500 gift voucher後,簽多$490卡。以米芝蓮二星嚟講,呢個價錢其實好抵,去131或Sabatini都要呢個價啦!不過,雖則呢度環境同service 一流,食物質素實屬普通,可能係今日個menu唔啱我哋啦,但呢到對我哋呢啲窮人嚟講真係一啲都唔平,我哋應該都唔會再嚟架喇!今次唔係拾爺個「度叔」親 戚,我哋都唔會嚟,係咪都要多謝佢俾個籍口我哋食吓米芝蓮二星餐廳呢﹖ 臨走前嚟幅相先,我件新衫靚唔靚先﹖
