‘Le Creuset’ paired with French pastries – Petite Amanda is the sweet French café in IFC Mall, with a limited but delicate selection of French pastries, macarons, and bakeries with coffee & tea. It’s a quite cozy but comfort place to stop in the mall if you don’t mind resting in the open café area with a short distance to the café. The café features a line of light-color sweets giving you a bright & sunshine feeling. Most of coffee is with organic milk. Recently, a new shop opens in Sogo Mall, Causeway bay.

This café is good to who wants a simple afternoon tea break, because their pastries are small in size and I don’t think you want to stay long in the pop-up café area in the mall.

AMARINA

(Sour cherry jelly, light pistachio mousse, pistachio financier, mini macaron)

The lovely green with raspberry red, two spring colors lightens your mood well. Pistachio cream covered by a fluffy 'grass' layer and inside, there is cherry jam, which overall gives a fresh fruity taste.

CAFE LATTE

(with organic milk)

It is so unexpectedly tasty with good quality of blended coffee beans and decent milk foam. It tastes tender and soft, a balanced taste at the beginning and a rich after-taste in the mouth.

Hot tea (Mango Peach)

Very impressive fruit tea bag coz of its rich fruity scent and taste.
