| Parma ham risotto in pesto sauce. Surprising they fried the parma ham, which had a pretty good contrast in texture vs the rice, very crispy. Pesto sauce goes well with the rice. Risotto is in traditional way, still can keep the chewing texture. $118, worth trying.
