Having been head of this famous cake and bakery shop for a long time. Today I went to the new shop in Wellington Road, Central to have try.

The area inside is smaller than I expected. Luckily there are not many people inside. It just has one long table, and with a set of bar table with 3 seats. A cozy and silent place to enjoy some pleasure time in such a small cafe.

There's a variety of bakery choice. Crossiants, Sandwiches, Breads...all looks attractive.

I was attracted by their salad bar. Three choices of salad (250 grams) prices at $43.

I chose beetroots, tomatoes and chicken salad, with some rockets set aside. I also ordred an Iced Illy coffee $31 to pair with it.

All the ingredents of salad are very fresh and yummy, especially the tomatoes. It tastes sweet and juicy. I also love the texture of beetroots salad, it's smooth because of the salad sauce and and freshy. Indeed beetroot is very healthy and good for our body, especially good for heart and our blood. Nice choice !
Next I moved to the dessert time.

Love the presentation when I first saw it. It is a cube cake with raspberry compote, with raspberry cream, mouuse and dacquoise inside. It tastes not too sweet , but with a natural raspberry sour. I love the smoothy texture, and the cream and mouuse inside.

Woty trying, especially it goes well with my black coffee, which balanced the overall sweetness.
Definitely I will come again, as I saw there are still lots choices of cakes looking gorgeous.
