| Have always wanted to visit Atum for its artistic dessert, but didnt have the chance. Now we come to their restaurant for the savoury dishes....Still, very artistic and beautiful platings. Assorted Bread Free Once we order, the staff gives us a basket of bread wrapped in a sack bag! Feeling extra fresh and straight from the oven. I like the whole grain bread with raisin! Crab Meat Salad Lettuce, radish, cucumber are fresh enough, therefore, we can still taste the sweetness and seafood favour of the crab meat! Served with japanese style salad dressing, little bit of sweetness, sourness and savoury, yum! Sweet potato fries with honey lemon sauce $50 Restaurant goes with healthier menu as we can see plenty of food choices that are low calorie and high in fibre. Instead of potato fries, they only serve sweet potato fries. Personally I like potato fries more, but this sweet potato fries go well with the honey lemon dip. Pork belly with roasted leeks, parma ham chips, pearl barley $168 Instead of risotto, it comes with rarely seen option in hK resturants. Pearl Barley, this is also the first time I try, love it, a bit of funny chewy texture! I like the pork belly as the skin lightly roasted and the meat can remain juicy! Parma ham, 63c egg with Carbonara $148 Cutting the egg, the yolk burstsThat is perfect for a carbonara, as the sauce becomes more creamy and sticky enough to each spaghetti!Parma ham enhances the dish flavour on the whole! Cucumber mint lime soda mocktail $48 Strawberry grapefruit mocktail $48 Cucumber drink is what i ordered. This is quite funny because the cucumber comes in long slices but overall it is a very refreshing drink, not so sweet, very healthy! The restaurant is located right in K11, matching the artistic feeling as they have exhibition or art gallery from time to time!Will definitely pay another visit!
