METRO'S CAFE, is the only western restaurant of METROPOLE HOTEL, serving for easy breakfast, lunch/dinner set, and afternoon tea. The restaurant is more like a casual cafe with limited seats, it's a very good place to stop and have a talk with friends or families when you are feeling a little tired during the trip. But also, the kitchen offers some meal sets in the noon/night, while I think it is more suitable for the people travel for business instead of vacation, coz Macau is the city famous of food; people are more used to exploring restaurants in the street than in the hotel they're living.
The price and quality of Chef's dinner recommendation menu is quite reasonable, and you can say the menu offers a rich selection including seafood, lamp, pork, steak and even goose liver. Before you start, you will have some butter cookie. And truffle mushroom cream soup is the one to start your dinner. Creamy enough but not too much, savory but maybe more truffle would be better, that's the soup.

Well-done codfish with crispy and sweet fish skin covering the fish meat. The grilled sauce is quite similar to BBQ sauce while it tastes lighter and honey sweet. Big fresh roasted scallop is quite a good deal as this selection.
DELICIOUS DESSERT
The dinner set includes the main course, dessert and one drink. Light cream is that night's, well, the looking is not so impressive, and I guess many people will give up it just by the light cream looking, but actually it's quite good taste, not too greasy and heavy, nor too sweet.
