杯子蛋糕不一定要烘烤, 蒸的也一样好吃。这食谱简单,零失败率哦!
Steam Moist Chocolate Cupcake
蒸湿润巧克力杯子蛋糕
Ingredients:
150g cake flour
75g cocoa powder (I used Barry Cacao unsweetened cocoa powder)
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
100g brown sugar
150g corn oil (can be replaced by other cooking oil)
200g condensed milk
材料:
150克 低筋面粉
75克 可可粉(我用Barry Cacao无糖可可粉)
3/4茶匙 发粉
3/4茶匙 苏打粉
3/4茶匙 盐
3/4茶匙 纯香草精
鸡蛋2个
100g 赤糖
150克 玉米油 (可以用其他食油取代)
200克 炼乳
Methods 方法:
1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set it aside.
1。筛入低粉,可可粉,盐,发粉和苏打粉。备用。
2. Use an electric mixer to beat eggs, sugar and condensed milk over high speed. Beat for 5 minutes or until light in colour. Slow down the mixer and add in the oil. Mix well.
2。用电动搅拌器以高速度搅打蛋,糖和炼乳大约5分钟或直到颜色变浅。减低速度,加入油搅拌均匀。
3. Add in the flour mixture and mix until combined.
3。再加入面粉搅拌至混合。
4. Pour batter into the cupcake moulds, cover the top loosely with aluminium foil and steam it for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the centre of the cupcake and it should come out clean, if not steam for another 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked. (For my Brandt steam oven, I did not cover the top with aluminium foil, the cupcakes were steamed for 45 minutes.)
4。面糊倒入小蛋糕模具,在顶部松松盖上锡纸,蒸大约30分钟。牙签插入蛋糕中心,取出没有粘黏就好了。 如果有粘黏,再蒸5-10分钟或至到熟为止。 (我用Brandt蒸烤箱蒸,没有盖上锡纸,蛋糕蒸45分钟。)
5. Remove from the steamer and cool on a wiring rack. Enjoy!
