涵 Filling:
• 1 磅 核桃 / 開心果 / 杏仁 /...,磨碎

• 1 湯匙 肉桂粉
• 1 lb. ground walnuts/

(coarsely or finely ground depends on personal
preference)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

水

honey
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 10 whole cloves
• Juice of half a
lemon
將所有糖漿材料混合,
待用Mix all ingredients for syrup, set
aside.
酥皮 Pastry :
• 4 張 酥皮
• 1/4
磅 牛油融液
• 1 sheets of puff pastry
• 1/4 lb. unsalted butter,
melted
做法
Directions:
Step 1:
將2張酥皮放於塗好牛油之大烤盤內, 酥皮之間要刷牛油
Begin by
layering 2 sheets of puff pastry in a baking pan, brush each side with melted
butter.
Step 2:
平均鋪灑
涵料(堅果碎)
Add
filling (nut mixture) in an even
layer.
Step 3:
上層鋪2張酥皮, 酥皮之間要刷牛油
Top with the remaining pastry
sheets, brush each side with melted butter.
Step
4:
預熱烤箱至攝氏180度
Preheat oven to 180 degree
Step 5:
將半成品切成所需形狀
(方形, 菱形, ...)
Cut semi-finished products
into desired shape (retangular, diamond, ...)
Step
6:
烤三十分鐘
Bake for 30 minutes
Step 7:
將
糖漿塗於剛烤好溫熱的BAKLAVA表面即可
When
the BAKLAVA is out of the oven and still warm, ladle the
syrup carefully into the
pan.
