近日飲食界熱話，必數來自美國紐約的蛋糕店Lady M，這名店已進駐尖沙嘴海港城，不少名人及明星率先試食，並在社交網站分享蛋糕照片。

香港店是大中華地區首家分店

品牌招牌千層蛋糕被美國雜誌《BON APPETIT》

選為「美國十大蛋糕」之一，芝士蛋糕亦被譽為紐約最佳

香港店定於7月1日（三）正式開幕

國際知名的Lady M皇牌原味千層蛋糕, 由超過20層自家製超薄班戟製成，每一層間都鋪以新鮮細膩的淡忌廉。金黃色焦糖表面，精致且極具誘惑力。切一小塊，滑入舌尖，絲綢般幼滑忌廉與超薄班戟二者交互融合，齒頰留香。

除了招牌千層蛋糕外，Lady M 的 Banana Mille-Feuille 亦大受歡迎，香脆的酥皮、鮮忌廉及甜美香蕉將法式拿破崙完美展現，叫人一試難忘﹗

Besides our famous Mille Crêpes cake, we will also serve Banana Mille-Feuille. French for "one thousand leaves," the Lady M version is made with golden puff pastry, whipped cream, vanilla sponge and perfectly ripe bananas. If you're trying to get your five a day, this is one of the best (and most decadent) ways.
