8 開心漢堡

In the Joy to the world of the Christmas Day, I am still alone in the morning and noon time.My Dearest girlfriend is still working in her office. So we will meet together in later tme, but now I would like have my Chrismas Day Lunch.
普天同慶的聖誕節裡面，早上和下午依然是在下一個人，親愛的卻要上班，稍後時間才會面。既然如此，在下暫且一個人吃個午餐吧。

I would like come to Ivy Street, Tai Kok Tsui, to find out a shadow of hamburger. And it is becomemy lunch today. At first , I kew Burgerman is lacated in Sham Shui Po. However when I came here for lunch with my dearest girlfriend in this street, and disappeared this burger shop. Until today, I have a chance to come here and have a burger lunch.

在下刻意到來大角咀的埃華街，尋找一個以漢堡包的足影，也為今個聖誕節的午餐。初時在下只知道 Burgerman 位處於深水埗，但後來有一次和親愛的到這條埃華街吃飯時，才得知圶這裡有分店，直到今天，在下便有機會來到這間小店。 This restaurant is not so large. There are some high table and chairs only., and there are some pictures that told you these are the views of American. Let's to have a feeling in the views. Although this shop only have high chairs and table,  I feel that I can tasting in original taste.

Burgerman 地方不大，只有兩旁的高座位並列，而且牆上的相片，就在告訴別人和食客，這裡就是美國街頭的一景，就像置身在美國的街頭裡。雖然座位只有十來個，而且是高檯高櫈，但是卻又是最好不過的配置吧，至少這樣吃著漢堡包，或者就是品嚐最原始的風味。 In the menu, all of burgers are in combo. no ones are a-la-carte. All burgers are served with fires/salad and soft drinks. The burgers have many of choice. They includes foie gras,Wagyu, beef, chicken and fried fish.In the burger, you can find other ingredient inside. But there have a special price in lunch for every Monday to Friday, expect Saturday, Suday and Public Holidays.

餐牌中，以套餐為主，並配以薯條/配格，或沙律，加一罐汽水。當中有鵝肝，牛肉，和牛，炸魚及雞肉作為漢堡的主要材料，每個漢堡包都有著不同的配料在內。然而每逢平日的星期一至星期五，都會有特價的午餐。 Trucker Burger is my lunch burger. It has double cheese and beef, bacon, fried onion, mushroom and fried egg. These are very abundon ingredients inside the burger. The cap of bread has some white and black seasame on the top. And the bacon is very chrispy, but the egg is well done, and the beef is very juicy. The mushroom and onion increase the tasste. So this burger is very nice to eat.

至尊漢堡。在下選擇這個漢堡，是因為有著雙層芝士及牛肉，還有煙肉香炒洋蒽和磨菇在內，還有煎蛋呢。煙肉香脆無比，半溶的芝士也頗香濃，而牛肉本身都有肉汁在內，加上半溶芝士，令牛肉更美味，而洋茵和磨加添了漢堡的食味。然而煎阾則是全熟的，沒有流心的蛋黃。 French Fries are very chrispy, and it was very soft inside. Although this was not a bold fires, it was very delicous for me.

薯條雖然並不是粗的，但是卻又外脆內軟，而且感覺上是幾好吃的，也不會炸得太燶吧。

This is time up and go to anorther place to meet my dearest girlfriend when I finished my lunch. But it made me a satisfied lunch.

當吃過漢堡什麼後，便差不多時間要與親愛的女友會合了。然而這一個午餐，也為在下提供了滿足的午餐呢！
