聖誕快樂呀!~~~~大家尋晚有冇出去睇燈飾呀?有冇食聖誕大餐呢~~呵呵呵~呢2日出街食西餐一定好貴呢~~!黃師奶早2日去咗屋企樓下間酒店八下d西
餐加咗幾多~嘩~~比起平日貴咗一倍呀!~~~真係食水好深呢~~拍緊拖sweet sweet 緊嗰d人實會俾人劏到一頸血呢~~~
嗱~有日黃師奶見超市d急凍蝦特價~又忍唔住手買返pack!~d蝦好大隻呀!~有黃師奶2隻手指咁粗tim~~買黎返解凍後就清洗乾淨再抺乾水份~~再cut開個背背~一來易熟d~二來順便挑埋腸~~今次黃師奶用現盛干燒明蝦醬~好方便呢~
材料: 急凍蝦3大隻 , 蒜茸及乾蔥茸各2茶匙, 小半碗紹酒
汁料: 干燒明蝦醬一pack
STEP 1
將蝦解凍後就清洗乾淨再抺乾水份; 開背挑腸後走油 (走油可以SKIP, 不過走咗油實好爽口彈牙)
STEP 2
爆香蒜茸及乾蔥茸後拌入大蝦
STEP 3
注入汁料快手兜炒片刻再灒酒煮透即成~
