今次分別係工人姐姐自動用個LC煲整
不過都唔算太淋
下次應該甪番Primada高速智能煲煮
❤Braised pig trotters with peanuts❤
Ingredients:
Pig trotter ----- 1pc (cut)
Peanuts -------- about 3/4 bowls (soaked for 15 minutes) OR use canned peanuts
ginger ------ 3 slices
Garlic ------ 4 gloves
Seasonings:
1. Red bean curd ----- 1pc
2. Chu Hou sauce ----- 1 tea spoon
3. Soy sauce -----2 table spoons
4. Cooking wine ----- 2 table spoons5. Rock sugar ------ 1 table spoos (break the rock sugar)
Directions:
1. Blanch the pig trotter in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse with running water
2. Use a wok, add some oil, fry the garlic, ginger. Add seasoning 1-4. Add pig trotter and peanuts. Fry.
3. Add water to the level just cover the ingredient. Cover the wok and cooked for 45mins.
4. Add rock sugar and fry for 5-10 minutes.5. After finish, cover the wok for half an hour before put on dish.
食後感:這個是簡易版,功夫少,味道可口。下次煮進階版可以加入紹酒、花椒八角及用罐頭花生。 炆更耐時間或用高速煲炆淋更佳~
