故此決定唔再煲咁多湯及改為滾湯
可以送飯,開胃呢~

再由Cute太太寫食譜,工人姐姐煮~~
✿莞茜豆腐魚片皮蛋湯✿
✿Coriander, tofu, sliced grass carp and century eggs soup✿
Ingredient:
1. Coriander ($6)
2. Grass carp fillet------ 1pc (cut into
slices)
3. Tofu ------ 1pc (cut into cubes)
4. Century egg ------ 2 pcs (cut into
slices)
5. Water ---- 6 bowls
Directions:
1. Marinate the sliced grass carp with soy sauce, pepper, corn starch and
little bit oil in fridge for 1 hour
2. Add all the ingredients into boiling water. Boil for 25 minutes.
3. Add appropriate amount of salt after the
soup is finished.
