心血來潮想吃豬手
話說Cute太太小時候不喜歡吃豬手,感很油膩
但原來口味隨年齡增長改變,奇妙~
Cute太太寫了一個簡易版南乳柱候醬炆豬手的英文食譜
工人姐姐煮,我掛名「監制」
但我要返工,製成品照片都是由工人姐姐拍攝
又work喎。呵呵呵~~~
❤Braised pig trotters with peanuts❤
Ingredients:
Pig
trotter ----- 1pc (cut)
Peanuts
-------- about 3/4 bowls (soaked
for 15 minutes)
ginger
------ 3 slices
Garlic
------ 4 gloves
Seasonings:
1. Red bean curd ----- 1pc
2. Chu Hou sauce ----- 1 tea spoon
3. Soy sauce -----2 table spoons
4. Cooking wine ----- 2 table spoons
5. Rock sugar ------ 1 table spoosn
(break the rock sugar)
Directions:
1.
Blanch the pig trotter in boiling water
for 3 minutes, rinse with running water

Use a wok, add some oil, fry the garlic,
ginger. Add seasoning 1-4. Add pig trotter and peanuts. Fry.
3.
Add water to the level just cover the
ingredient. Cover the wok and cooked for 45mins.
4.
Add rock sugar and fry for 5-10 minutes.
5.
After finish, cover the wok for half an
hour before put on dish.
食後感:這個是簡易版,功夫少,味道可口。下次煮進階版可以加入紹酒、花椒八角及用罐頭花生。 炆更耐時間或用高速煲炆淋更佳~
