故是日不便遠行也要想在家中作樂
我的節目是教工人煮好味住家菜。

❤BRAISED CHICKEN IN RED WINE❤
Ingredients:
Medium size chicken legs ---------- 2 packs
(total 8 pieces) from Wellcome supermarket
Group 1:
garlic ----- 2 small pcs (chop)
Slice button mushroom in can-------1 can
Group 2:
Carrots ------ 2 pcs (cut into cubes)
Scallots------ 2pcs (chopped)
Onion ------ 1 pc (slice)
Group 3 (mix together all ingredient in
this group):
Red wine ------ 1 cup
Swanson chicken soup ------ 1 cup
Bay leaves ------ 2 pcs
Thyme ------ 2 tea spoon
Tomato paste ------ 3 table spoon
Black pepper ------ 2 tea spoons
Directions:
1. Season the chicken legs by sea salt and
black pepper for half an hour.
2. Heat the oil in wok over a strong fire.
Add group 1 ingredient and fry for 1 min. Then add the chicken legs and fry for
5 mins.
3. Add group 2 ingredient and fry for 3 min
4. Add group 3 and then fry for 1 min.
Cover the wok and cooked for 20 mins over medium fire.

沒有什麼技巧,洗洗切切,煲熟薯仔和蝦仁、滾下火腿和蟹柳

Ingredients:
Roman lettuce------ 1 pack ($39.9 from
Wellcome supermarket) (3 pcs per pack)
Frozen shrimp ------ 1 pack ($33.9 from Wellcome)
Imitated crab meat------- 1 pack
Ham ------ 1 pack
Whole corn in can ------ 1pc
Apples ------ 6 pcs (very small size)
Potatos ----- 3 pcs (small size)
Directions:
Chopped all the ingredients and cooked properly.
Put the Roman lettuce at the bottom of the plate/ box and the line up the rest
of the ingredients. Add salad dressing.
