Cute太太向來喜歡吃住家飯用料新鮮兼少油少鹽少糖,好健康呢
教曉工人姐姐煮,有老闆娘督之餘,工人的廚藝也值得一讚~
1. Braised Ox-tail with Red Wine Sauce 紅酒繪牛尾
~Buy 8 pieces of ox-tail. Boil the ox-tail with water to remove the fat and oil. Then marinade the boiled ox-tail with soy sauce, suger, garlic and ginger for 30 minutes. Fry the ox-tail in a fry pan without using oil.
~ Put the ox-tail, chopped tomato (1 catty), potato ( 3 pieces), carrot(1 piece) and half piece of chopped union (big size) into a soup pot. (Reserve the other half piece of onion which will be added at the end as the union will be "melted" if cooking for a long time.)
~ Add water (just covering all ingredients), 3 spoons of Chu Hou paste and 1/2 bowl red wine to the ingredients. Cook with medium fire for 1.5 hours.
~ After 1.5 hours, add the other half of union and 1 tea spoon of salt. Cook for 10 minutes and finish.

2. Eggplant with seasame dressing 焙煎芝麻醬茄子
Cute太太很喜歡吃茄子,除了魚香茄子和煎釀茄子,還可以用丘比沙拉汁-焙煎芝麻醬拌茄子,超好味
Buy 2 pieces of eggplant and cut them into slices. Steam the eggplant with large fire to 10 minutes. Put 1/3 bottle of Kewpie roasted sesame dressing and some soy sauce on top of the eggplant.
