來過Cute太太家食飯的朋友都讚我工人姐姐煮餸好好味 ~V~
一直都好想、現在終於決心把食譜用英文寫下,成為「Cute御膳秘笈」,留給下一個工人睇,也與有興趣朋友分享心得。
1. Sirloin (Beef) with potatoes 薯仔炆牛腩
Fry the sirloin with ginger, chinese prickly ash & star anise (花椒八角) first. Boil the sirloin with water and 3 spoon of Chu Hou paste (water had to cover the sirloin) for at least 1.5 hour (I use vacuum cooker). Then, add pototoes and cook for 15 minutes.
2. Mixed vegetarian food 雜錦素食
Cut fried bean curd puff, black fungi, baby corn and bean curd roll (自己幫「扎蹄」創個英文名;還是給相片工人看,請她認住個中文字) into small pieces, then fry with oyster sauce.
3. Fry salmon fish with tofu 三文魚炒豆腐
Cut the salmon and tofu into cubes. Fry the salmon first (no need to add oil as salmon has already had oil!), then add tofu and finally add some Kikkoman Hon Tsuyu.
這碟餸的精粹在於要加這款日本萬字麵汁調味,Citysuper有售,約$26;或者去Apita超市買鰹魚汁都好好味。
About Kikkoman Hon Tsuyu: A multipurpose soup & sauce base for use in tempura dipping sauce, broth for noodles, and dipping sauce for noodles.
