那天經過上環，記得近來有間輕食店，推岀了一款焦糖蘋果啖啖紫薯牛角包，於是就順道去試試了。

星期六3時左右到店，店內正有7至8個人用餐呢。 店舖位很少，就只有一張4人枱及一張高枱可供3人坐。
因店有點迫，而我又有些趕時間，於是就決定外賣走了。
點了一個焦糖蘋果啖啖紫薯牛角包$28.

正等待製作時，我四周張看，門口放了一個沙津櫃，餐廳食物走輕怡健康路線，想必星期一至五一定吸引大班OL到店買午餐呢。

約5,6分鐘，我的焦糖蘋果啖啖紫薯牛角包 Caramelized Apple with Purple Sweet Potato Croissant $28 製好了。 牛角包上放上一大坨紫薯泥，上高再頂上些焦糖蘋果，十分足料呢。

一口吃下，紫薯泥足料實在，有天然的紫薯香，並不會被過度調味

上高的蘋果因被焦糖化口味變得甜蜜美味，紫薯旁邊還有紫混入了紫薯溶的淡忌廉，輕盈而帶奶油香，最後是酥脆的牛角包，有著薄薄的牛油香，令人十分滿足呢。

美中不足的是紫薯泥是壓在牛角包上，而非塞進牛角包內，重力的紫薯泥令牛角包的酥皮有些變形呢。另外，若然蘋果可加些肉桂就更好了。
本身還想試試他的波士頓龍蝦通粉包的，不過因發生了些事而未有試到，有機會要試試呢！
