香港是一個現代化都市，但也有不少古樸的地方，

如大澳漁村、馬灣漁村等。這些漁村與城市為鄰，富有特色，

突顯傳統與現代的對比，但又與高樓大廈和諧協調。

作品大部採用傳統山水畫技法

局部運用潑墨潑彩畫法，

融合了水彩畫的色彩和虛實處理。

As a modern metropolis, Hong Kong is also home to many ofthe quaint destinations like Tai O and Ma Wan fishing village. These highlydistinctive fishing villages amid the city serve as a fierce contrast between the traditional and thecontemporary. However, their existence among the skyscrapers proves harmoniousand coordinated. Traditional landscape painting techniques dominate the workwhich is spangled with splash-ink and splash-color blotch. The painting thusachieves an integration of watercolors and a method of handling the virtual andthe real.
