作品取敦煌飛天伎樂「反彈琵琶」舞姿,伎樂舞動,飛花伴著絲帶飄灑而下,
落入由天竺少女的長發流淌而成的恆河水中。天竺少女凝神遠眺,
彷彿在傾聽千年絲綢之路上的聲聲駝鈴。作品運用象徵性雕塑手法,
寄寓古代絲路締結的中印友誼,飽含對兩國友誼的美好憧憬。
The artist was inspired to create by the 「backward pipaplaying」 and other Dunhuang dancing steps. Soaring flowers and petals accompanya silk ribbon as it suavely chutes into the long flowing hair of an Indianmaiden which transforms into the waters of the Ganges River. This young girllooks far into the distance with great concentration, as if attentivelylistening to the countless camel bells which have passed on the Silk Road inthe last thousand years. The artist employs symbolic sculpture techniques toimply the Sino-Indian friendship long established by the ancient Silk Road, aswell as his best wishes for the further development of that friendship.
