This creates a very tiny vapor bubble, which expands and ejects a drop of ink to the top of the capillary. The micro piezoelectric technology divides the ink droplet control in the inkjet process into three stages: before the inkjet operation, the piezoelectric element first shrinks slightly under the control of the signal; then, the element generates a larger extension, and the ink droplet Push out the nozzle; at the moment when the ink droplet is about to fly away from the nozzle, the component will shrink again, and the ink surface will be contracted cleanly from the nozzle. In this way, the liquid level of the ink droplets is precisely controlled, and the ink droplets ejected each time have the perfect shape and the correct flying direction.

The micro piezoelectric inkjet system is equipped with a transducer on the ink-filled nozzle, and the transducer is controlled by the printing signal to control the ejection of the ink.
