材料: 腰果 , 鹽 , 油 (唔好咁多呀!~剛剛蓋過你所炸嘅份量好喇)
STEP 1
腰果汆水三分鐘後瀝乾水份
STEP 2
下油~(放粒腰果落去~D油出大泡泡~就油溫啱架喇~) 拌入腰果大火炸佢5秒到~轉慢火炸至開始金黃~轉返大火~炸到金黃盛起
STEP 3
腰果盛起後隔去油份~~再灑鹽拌勻就食得LU!~~~~
