所以變成走辣版米線
如果辣仲好味呀~~
Ingredient (serving size: 6)
Rice vermicelli ------ 2pcs (壽桃牌米線,一包有三個米線,用兩包有六個米線)
Salted peanuts ------ 1pc
Carrots ------ 2 pcs
Greenhouse cucumber ------ 2pcs
Minced pork ------ half catty
Galic ------ proper amount
Lee Kum Kee all purpose marinade ------ 7 tsp (瑞士汁事跟Switzerland係無關的!)
Chinkiang Vinegar ------ 7 tsp (要金梅牌,淘大唔夠味的)
Seasame oil ------ 2 tsp
Chicken powder ------ proper amount (因為屋企無雞粉,我用咗包拉麵味粉都好好味)
Direction
1. Boil the rice vermicelli for 2 mins. Cool down by ice water.
2. Marinade the minced pork with soy sauce and sugar. Fry with chopped garlic.
3. Slice the carrots and cucumber
4. Crush the peanuts inside a clean plastic bag by a hammer.
5. Mix all the ingredients. Put inside fridge.
